Good night, and Good luck.

watching it tonight.

A very good movie.

Directed and co-written by George Clooney.

Based on a true story about a news anchor in the fifties who spoke out against the Mcarthy trials.

Very good story, and a good message in the end about our motives for even watching TV.

out.

yeah, its a good message from that angle. some other messages in there weren't so great. (or so i heard. never actually saw it)

so, are you back to only somewhat crazy now? haha.

the movie itself was the cleanest movie i think i have seen in a while, except like disney's cinderella and even she has major heart issues and throws herself a little pity party when she can't go to the ball. so unless i missed something big, it was completely clean. which is possible because they talk very fast.

I didn't catch any other messages portrayed except that everyone smoked all the time. But then again, back then everyone did smoke all the time. \

And I suppose one other argument could be that they were supporting communism, but really they were just defending the rights of people who didn't get to have a fair trial, whether they were guilty or innocent.

I thought it was a great movie. \\
Everyone else thought it was boring.
