5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, and rumblings [1] and peals of thunder, and before the throne were burning seven torches of fire, which are the seven spirits of God, 6 and before the throne there was as it were a sea of glass, like crystal.

Revelation 4:5-6

I wrote a song from this verse. I want to try writing songs from specific books in the bible. I think that would be a productive thing to do.

good verses. i don't think enough about heaven. it really helps my level of joy. and i think i get so caught up in my own 'issues' at the moment and i don't consider what is most important. eternity

i like how no one is sitting in the chair watching the sunset.

good stuff, joey, good stuff. i don't think about heaven nearly enough either. it does bring joy though, and makes me realize just how short life really is.

Sounds like a great idea! I love doing that... reading a verse then something - usually a line or phrase- that sticks out at me and I make it a song.

I love thinking about Heaven - won't it be interesting if we all met for the first time in Heaven?

Making bible verses into songs is a great idea. I have tried before, but that is definetly not my gift...
