that is just to say that i am slightly jealous that she is in Europe. has been for a week or more. and i have wanderlust worse than she does.

joel sczebel said...: I find phrases like "talk to you later" very funny in that context. Because beyond all likelihood we won't. I'm not picking you apart here lorraine, because I do it too, I just don't understand why I do, therefore I think of it as rather funny when I do realize that I've done it, or if someone else has.

I think most people take it as more of a stationary kind of "Out" term than a literal "Talk to you later"; 11:17 PM
